Droplet Advert Ideas? E4?

One of the ideas for the second film was to have simplifed water droplet shapes in a queue for the toilet with the last one nearly bursting to go. Here are some advertisements using water or for water that may help:

This Belu company could be a good one to try and work for because they use animation extensively and they may be open to the idea.

Alternatively, the piece could be used as an ident for a TV channel, I was thinking E4 would probably get the kind of humour. Here are some examples:
